The short story of the move to Taiwan
Well, I did my exchange study at a Chinese university from September 2024-January 2025, after feeling like God asked me to study Chinese six years ago. Since then it’s been a long walk, moving from my home town and my apartment and all my friends in Bryne to study Chinese full time in a new town Bergen in Norway, and then enduring a very challenging half year in China. When I came home this January I didn’t feel finished with China, but no doors would open into the country. I contacted eight missions organizations and applied to several jobs, looked at several private schools, until a friend of mine had a prophetic word to lay it all down and start anew and I felt God asking me to let go of China. The very moment I did (like the same day!) I got an e-mail from someone I’d written months before, telling me about YWAM in Taiwan and the chance to study Chinese there and be in missions. Forresten.. Angående kommentaren din om kvinnekonferansen(så jeg hadde glemt å svare..) Jeg vet ikke helt egentlig! Tror kanskje det er noe i det med forkledde kristne feminister. Men det var jo 1000 damer, så det var nok litt av alt, en salig blanding:-) Solveig Leithaug virker bra ja! Veldig flink å spille piano og synge iallfall:-) Kjekt det...:-)
